This is not a job. There are no employees here. It is a way to be introduced to homeowners who are already looking for help.

Who We Are Looking For

We want independent providers who work in this region and know it well. Cold winters, freeze-thaw cycles, older homes and stone foundations shape the work here.

We are interested in providers who cover:

• Residential pest control, including ants, spiders, roaches, crickets and bed bug treatment
• Rodent and wildlife removal
• Residential termite treatment

You should be a real business with real trucks, tools and a local service area.

What We Expect

Keep it simple and honest. We expect providers to:

• Hold every license and permit their state and town require
• Carry the insurance needed for the work
• Give homeowners a written quote before starting
• Explain the problem and the plan in plain words
• Never pressure a homeowner or hide a price
• Follow local wildlife rules and humane practices
• Answer referred calls and show up when you say you will

Be honest about what you can do. If a job is outside your skills, say so. Homeowners notice.

What We Do Not Promise

We cannot promise a set number of calls. We cannot promise results for your business. Referral volume depends on your area, the season and your availability.

We also do not tell you how to do the work or what to charge.
