We want every homeowner who reaches Amateurdavid Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If a job in your home went badly, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still tell us. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. But Amateurdavid Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Pennsylvania.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
You can reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
